Use the current model-specific filling instructions and evaluate your formulation before scaling.

Cap and inspect

Use the matching mouthpiece tray and press setup. Inspect the seal and completed hardware before release.

Before production

Request the current Vision Box filling and capping instructions.

Confirm fill volume, formulation handling, tooling, conditioning time, and capping settings for the exact hardware. Another model’s jig or capping-force specification is not a substitute.

Standard Vision Box uses EVOMAX with an indicator light. Vision Box Elite uses HeRo and adds a digital display, three voltage settings and a 10-second preheat function.

The family supports 0.5 mL and 1 mL configurations. Check the availability panel or contact Hamilton to confirm the exact build; family options do not imply current stock.

No. These are empty, ready-to-fill devices. Validate your formulation with samples before production.

No blanket guarantee is made. Temperature monitoring is one part of the system; formulation, saturation, filling and use conditions also affect performance.
