Returns and Exchange Policy
Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us.
If you believe your item may be defective, please contact us for a warranty claim within 6 months of purchase. Our Return/Warranty policy is listed below; please read thoroughly and contact us if you have any questions.
Hamilton Devices reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page, as warranty is subject to change. Select devices are required to be shipped back. Customers are responsible for all shipping related costs.
All orders take 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed and shipped, USA orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days via USPS or UPS. International orders are delivered within 7-14 business days via UPS. A signature is required for all orders due to the PACT ACT, no exceptions
6 Month Warranty Policy
- All devices have a 6-month limited warranty, and a proof of purchase is required for every device.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, customer modification/disassembly, water damage, cosmetic damage, or if lost/stolen.
- Returns must include the name of the buyer, order number, and brief description of the issue.
- Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the defective item(s).
ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS
Any/all items purchased from Hamilton Devices must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Item(s) must be in original, brand-new condition. Given the nature of vaporizers we cannot accept returns on used devices for health and safety reasons.
- Unused item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date. Products are not eligible for return or exchange after 30 days from the original delivery date.
- Return must include the name of the buyer, order number, and brief description of reason for returning
- Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
- Buyer must understand and agree to a 20-50% processing and restocking fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees. This includes parts and/or accessories.

We strongly recommend you ensure your package(s) and/or purchase delivery confirmation, as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase, including upgraded and international shipping, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. You may expect your refund or exchange to process within two (2) weeks of the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met; this includes credit card and exchanges shipped out.
