Batch capping works when the device, mouthpiece, tray and fixture all match. Each device has its own fixture, so we’ll confirm the right setup for your model.

The capping equipment

A compact manual press.

The CCELL Arbor Press is the batch-capping step in CCELL’s filling and capping solution. For cartridges, it caps 50 units per cycle. [1]

Set it up once, per model.

Check that every mouthpiece is fully seated, pull any rejects and move the batch to packaging.
