Pre-Racked Foam Trays

Every snap-fit cartridge and all-in-one ships arranged 5 x 10 in precision-cut foam trays with 14 mm hole-to-hole spacing. Open the box, load the tray onto your filler, and go — no sorting, no individual handling.

The trays work with most major filling equipment right out of the box, so you move from filling to capping to packaging without swapping fixtures or re-racking units.
