01 / Understand the core

Thin walls.
Fast, even heat.

SE is CCELL’s original porous ceramic formulation and its standard, lowest-cost element, with the heating coil built into the ceramic. Thinner walls let it heat quickly, and CCELL rates it for distillate from 10K to 700K cP. [4]

The heating structure

Oil soaks in.
Vapor comes off the wall.

SE is a porous ceramic sleeve with the heating coil built in. Oil soaks through the pores to the inner wall, where it’s heated and vaporized. The thin walls bring the core up to temperature fast. [2] [4]

Built for distillate.

For live resin, live rosin or liquid diamonds, start with EVOMAX, HeRo or CCELL 3.0 instead.

The oil range

10K to 700K cP.
Distillate only.

CCELL rates SE for distillates from 10,000 to 700,000 cP. Thicker or terpene-rich oils belong on a platform built for them. [4]

Measure before you choose.

Viscosity changes with temperature. Compare readings taken the same way, then confirm the fit in samples.

The shared numbers

1.4 Ω and four 2 mm inlets, glass or poly.

Every 0.5 and 1.0 mL SE-core cartridge on this page, Easy and SE, glass and poly, runs a 1.4 Ω ceramic element fed by four 2 mm oil inlets on a standard 510 thread. [1] [2]

One core, one battery setting.

Because the element is the same, a setting you’ve dialed in on one SE cartridge carries over to the others.

TH2-Easy and M6T-Easy put the SE core in a snap-fit cartridge with a stainless-steel center post. Choose borosilicate glass or BPA-free plastic, in 0.5, 1.0 or 2.0 mL. [1]

TH2-Easy

A clear glass tank on the SE core, 10.6 mm wide: 51.8 mm tall at 0.5 mL and 62.1 mm at 1.0 mL. The 2.0 mL version uses a wider 14 mm body.

EASY / BPA-FREE PLASTIC

M6T-Easy

A lightweight plastic tank on the SE core, 10.5 mm wide: 57.2 mm tall at 0.5 mL and 67.7 mm at 1.0 mL. The 2.0 mL version uses a wider 14 mm body.

Different closures.

TH2-SE and M6T-SE run the same SE core and 1.4 Ω element as the Easy carts. What changes is how the mouthpiece goes on and what the center post is made of. [1] [2]

Closure options

Snap-fit, screw-on or press-in.

Easy carts are snap-fit only, so a full tray caps in one press. TH2-SE also takes a screw-on mouthpiece and M6T-SE a press-in one, for lines that cap by hand or want a threaded mouthpiece style. [2]

The TH2-SE 2.0 mL is a snap-fit cart on a 14 mm body, 60 mm tall.

Choose Easy if you cap in batches and want a stainless-steel center post. Choose SE if you need a screw-on or press-in mouthpiece, or one of our threaded TH210-SE styles in sandalwood, chrome, stainless steel or gold.

Straight from the tray.

Easy cartridges and their mouthpieces ship on matching foam trays of 50, laid out for CCELL’s batch-capping fixture. [1]

Foam trays hold 50 cartridges at 14 mm spacing: 152 × 82 × 15 mm for 0.5 mL, 152 × 82 × 20 mm for 1.0 mL.

02 / CAPS

Caps come fitted

Every cartridge base arrives with a transparent silicone bottom cap. Duckbill mouthpieces also ship with silicone tip caps.

03 / PRESS

One press, fifty carts

Fill the tray, set the mouthpiece tray on top in the fixture, and press all 50 snap-fit mouthpieces on at once.

04 / CARTONS

Packed separately

Mouthpieces and cartridges ship in separate master cartons, so order both for each run.

For SE cartridges, CCELL makes mouthpieces in ceramic, metal, plastic, biodegradable PLA and wood, in duckbill, bullet, hourglass and barrel shapes. Plastic mouthpieces can be molded in your colors. [3] [6]

Straight answers to the questions buyers ask most.

Yes. CCELL lists the Easy carts under the SE platform, and its Easy Series launch file specifies the same 1.4 Ω ceramic element and four 2 mm inlets as the TH2-SE and M6T-SE.

The mouthpiece fit and the center post. Easy is snap-fit only, with a stainless-steel center post in every size (CCELL specifies medical-grade stainless steel for the 0.5 and 1.0 mL). SE comes snap-fit or screw-on (TH2) or snap-fit or press-in (M6T), with a low-lead brass post.

Distillate, rated from 10K to 700K cP. For live resin, choose EVOMAX; for live rosin, EVOMAX or HeRo; for liquid diamonds, EVOMAX or CCELL 3.0. The platform comparison lays them side by side.

TH2 bodies are borosilicate glass. M6T bodies are BPA-free plastic, which CCELL describes as corrosion- and impact-resistant, and they stand about 5.5 mm taller at each size. Both use the same core.

Yes. TH2-Easy and M6T-Easy both come in 2.0 mL on a wider 14 mm body, with snap-fit mouthpieces and the same stainless-steel center post as the smaller sizes. They joined the line after CCELL’s original Easy launch file.
