04 / FILLING & PRODUCTION

Two reservoirs.
One controlled workflow.

Keep left and right fills clearly organized. The factory sequence fills one set of reservoirs, then the other, before aligning the mouthpieces.

Prepare the fixture

Place the preloaded battery tray on the baseboard and add the deflector.

Fill each side

Fill the left reservoirs with one oil, then the right reservoirs with the other, or vice versa.

Align mouthpieces

Position the tray and gently tamp the mouthpieces into alignment.

04

Machine-cap

The guide lists 3–5 kN for an 18-device batch.

Validate the whole process.

Trial the exact device, formulation, tooling and storage conditions before committing to a full production run.

The original factory sheet skips a printed step number; the sequence above follows its five illustrated operations. Confirm the correct jig, per-tank fill volume and production settings. Batch force is not a single-device setting.
