A repeatable sequence.

The GEMBAR factory guide shows the tray, deflector and mouthpiece alignment before machine capping. The jig is shown directly below.

Load and align

Set the preloaded battery tray on the baseboard and position the deflector.

Fill reservoirs

Use the approved process for the exact 1.0 mL configuration.

Fit the mouthpiece tray

Position it on the deflector and gently tamp to align.

04

Machine-cap

The guide specifies 3–5 kN for a full batch of 24 devices.

Validate the whole process.

Trial the exact device, formulation, tooling and storage conditions before committing to a full production run.

The batch force is not a single-device setting. Confirm the current jig, filling conditions and machine setup before production; tooling availability is separate.
