I love this design! very big 4 stars! this battery is clever and fun to use. the only reason it does not get 5 stars is because they didn’t use a strong enough adhesive for the magnet. my magnet became detached from the back of the device and I had to super-glue it back into place. other than that, it works perfectly!

Even though it broke upon arrival they offered to replace it a no charge without any fuss even suggested it get replaced. Now that’s customer service i can’t wait to use it, there product has to be good to be back by customer support like that.

This thing is super convenient. No more tearing the bed/couch apart trying to find my pen, I just reach down and she’s there! Only complaint is its not the most durable. I accidentally ripped out the metal piece with the threads breaking the ground wire in the process when I pulled on the cart to extend the cord. I was able to put it back together, but its still easy to pull out again if I’m not careful. So if you do get one just make sure to pull from the black plastic pease, not the cart itself to extend/retract the cord.

Worked great for the first day but mine stopped working within 48 hours.Great texture on the plastic housing for the battery and the retractable cord for the heating element is nice.necklace is a bit on the small side but the latch mechanism is quick and easy.
