Confirm the configuration

Match cartridge, mouthpiece and capping jig to the exact capacity and revision.

Approve the fill process

Request the current factory filling and capping procedure. Set fill temperature, volume and timing through formulation trials.

Cap with matched tooling

Use the approved snap-fit tooling and check that the mouthpiece is seated evenly.

Validate finished units

Evaluate seal integrity, priming, draw performance and storage conditions before scaling the run.

Test the whole process.

Trial the actual formulation, device, battery, tooling and storage conditions before a production commitment.

The factory material shows 50-piece tray / jig configurations for standard 0.5 / 1.0 mL models. This is not a complete filling SOP, a promise of compatible tooling for every mouthpiece, or confirmation of 2.0 mL jig compatibility. Factory tray quantity is not the same as the commercial box or case quantity.
